SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

This Shipping & Delivery Policy is part of our Terms of Service ("Terms") and should be therefore read alongside our main Terms: https://tuwharetoabone.com/policies/terms-of-service.

Please carefully review our Shipping & Delivery Policy when purchasing our products. This policy will apply to any order you place with us.

IMPORTANT SHIPPING REQUIREMENTS

To ensure the smooth delivery of your order, please review the following changes:

  • Phone Number Required for All Orders: We now require a valid phone number for delivery confirmation on all domestic and international orders. Please provide this in the personalization box or via message immediately after purchase.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING TIMES?

Our current processing time to prepare an order is 3 - 5 days. Once shipped, delivery times depend on your location and chosen method:

  • DHL Express (USA & International Upgrade): 7 - 10 business days.

  • Standard Shipping (Rest of World Only): 2 - 4 weeks.

WHAT ARE MY SHIPPING DELIVERY OPTIONS?

United States: Due to new tariffs and import regulations, regular (free) post is no longer available to customers in the USA. The only option to post to the USA is currently via DHL Express.

Rest of the World: We offer two shipping options for customers outside of the United States:

  • Standard Shipping: Free.

  • DHL Express Upgrade: Available for an additional fee of approximately USD $17.00 (calculated in your local currency at checkout).

Once your order is packed and sent, we will send you a tracking number.

DO YOU DELIVER INTERNATIONALLY?

We offer worldwide shipping. Please review the specific guidelines below regarding your region:

  • Attention US Customers: Due to new import regulations, US parcels are now subject to tariffs and potential customs delays. We strongly recommend selecting Express Post (7–10 business days) at checkout as the fastest and most secure method. As noted above, this is currently the only shipping method available for US destinations.

  • International Duties: Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. We recommend checking your local guidelines before purchasing.

Please note, we may be subject to various rules and restrictions in relation to some international deliveries and you may be subject to additional taxes and duties over which we have no control. If such cases apply, you are responsible for complying with the laws applicable to the country where you live and will be responsible for any such additional costs or taxes.

WHAT HAPPENS IF MY ORDER IS DELAYED?

If delivery is delayed for any reason we will let you know as soon as possible and will advise you of a revised estimated date for delivery.

For EU and UK consumers: This does not affect your statutory rights. For more information please refer to our Terms.
